Can u here any outside noise with the headphones on? null

Yes, you can hear outside noise, there is no active noise cancelling. With that said, I basically cannot hear anything when listening to the headphones at a reasonable volume. The only time I hear outside noise is when I am wearing the headphones but not playing music.

Very very small noises but people have to be yelling almost to hear them.

They're not "noise cancelling," if that's what you mean, but they do provide pretty good "muffling."
