I can’t answer specifically for the Studio but I’ve been using my Beats Solo 3 with this adapter. The microphone works but I have noticed it has trouble picking up my voice. I’m not sure if that’s the fault of the adapter or the headphones. If I could turn up the mic sensitivity it may be better.
