Will this work with a HyperX Cloud II headset? null

The Headset Audio Controller Plus (HAC) was designed to be used with headsets that are equipped with a 3.5 mm CTIA plug. If your HyperX Cloud II headset is equipped with that type of plug, then it should work with the HAC.
