Yes. It will work with any headset with a 3.5mm plug.

The headset adapter is only for Xbox systems, however, you can purchase an Elite Pro A.M.P for Playstation if you want an extra boost or you can purchase the Elite Pro Audio Controler if you want to customize your sound to your ears.
