“It says it’s connected but I can’t hear anything, do I need an adapter? (Xbox One S)”

• Sounds like it is a settings issue eithin the console output, might wanna check that out. Ihad that problem on my Playstation 4 & fixed the issue by switching the output to headset and if worked fine for me.

• Did you turn it on, in the back of the headset you have to move it down or up to turn it on and when it’s at the center it means it’s off
