• This headset can be used with the Headset Audio Controller. You'd want to ensure the volume level on the headset was turned up all the way on the headset itself prior to connecting it to the Headset Audio Controller. Once you've done that, you can connect the headset to the Headset Audio Controller and use its buttons for future volume adjustments.
