“Why does it only have one earing thingamajig? (the big blue thing that you put your ear into) it only has one i would have prefered it having 2. The price was cheap but the design was a bit dissapointing.....”

This headset is designed to be a Chat Communicator headset, meaning it will only provide you with Chat Audio. Rather than providing you with two ear cups that would muffle the sound of Game Audio playing on your TV, the headset is designed with a single open ear cup. The single open ear cup allows you to hear Chat Audio from the speaker within the headset itself without issue, while clearly hearing the Game Audio that continues to play from your TV or speaker system.
