- A:Answer It comes with a USB C to A cable, although it is very short and ment for charging. The headphones are wireless so there is no need for a cable while using them and they have worked on my switch, ps5 and my pc with no issues

Q: QuestionIf I lose my USB transmitter, how should I go about replacing it? I see there is one for Xbox and PlayStation but I see nothing on a multiplatform purpose.

- A:Answer You should be able to go to turtle beach and order a replacement for the set you bought. The multiplatform usually switches between Xbox and USB.

- A:Answer You have to make sure you have it on correct setting. The usb has xbox or usb mode. For my pc I place it in usb mode. Also depends what you are trying to plug it into.
