Questionanyone else has connection issues when these are connected? Everytime i connect them I start lagging in my game. But when I disconnect them the game is fine? Dont know whats going on

- Answer Yes, the headset and its USB transmitter can be used on a PC. When using the headset on a PC, you will want to start with its volume lowered and then raise it to an appropriate level.

QuestionHow is the mic monitoring? Is it loud enough? The gen 1’s had pretty quiet mic monitoring, did they improve upon that or is it the same?

- Answer It is great, and it’s my favorite feature about this headset. You can adjust the monitoring volume with a slider on the left ear cup on the fly.

Questionit is not working on Nintendo switch we turn it off and put it back on we use a tiny stick to poke on the usb we did everything we did that said in the paper i dont know but i feel like i got scammed we could hear but we cant talk

- Answer Might be kind of a dumb thing to ask but did you pull the mic part on the left side of the headset out? If not do that and you should be able to talk if it works on the switch
