“On the black/green headset it says the release date is 9/20/20 but for the white/silver it says 9/20/22. Is that correct?”

That appears to be a typo. Both color variations will be released at the same time (9/20/20).

On the Turtle Beach website it states "This product will be on sale September 20, 2020." for the White/Silver model and appears to be a typo through Best Buy.
