A:AnswerThe headset's LED will be red & pulsing if the headset is in need of a charge. While charging, the headset's LED should turn solid red, then turn off when the headset is fully charged.

A:AnswerHopefully you where able to figure it out by now, but charge it prior to using and turn on your x1 and let it boot up then turn on headset and it should link automatically.
A:Answermake sure you've sync'd them up:
1. turn on xbox
2. power on headset
3. push sync buttons on:
a. headset (round button just beneath "power" - green light on headset starts flashing
b. XBOX - front bottom right, below "power" - green light should turn steady on headset
