I would return the headset if you can and get a different headset. This headset only connects well with the xbox and mobile phones (via bluetooth) at the moment even though they should be fully capable of connecting to pc/mac via bluetooth. I expect they will resolve these problems eventually with a firmware update but as of now they have not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open Bluetooth preferences on your Macbook Turn on your headset Click the Bluetooth button so you hear "Bluetooth off" Now, hold in the Bluetooth button on your headset until it shows up as a connectable device on your Macbook preferences Connect You may also want to download the app for the headset. On mobile it's 'Turtle Beach Audio Hub' and here is the link for desktop and mac https://www.turtlebeach.com/pages/audio-hub You can switch it so the "chat volume" wheel on the headset can be switched to Bluetooth volume for when you're not talking to friends. Hope this answer helped anyone who stumbled across this a year later looking for an answer like I was!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turtle Beach has not made quality head phones in these past few years. Connection issues has seem to be the factor in many cases. And don't bother contacting them they will blow you off and then send you a refurbished set, that is just trash too. I would look for another head set if I were you. I'm taking mine back to the store and get some much better. 2nd set of head set from them and still issues with consistent connection for gaming.
