• This is intentional. The knob can control different things, and you change it on the Turtle Beach app.

• No, I belive is to when you are in a party chat, and you can adjust the volumes over game and party chat. And I believe when you answer call on your phone through Bluetooth.

• Yes, that's how it should work. The lower volume dial on the headset was designed to spin indefinitely.
