If my headset wont charge does that mean its broken? null

Have you tried a different wire to charge them? If so they technically not broken, it’s the charging port that is damaged. You can try call up turtle beach ( if you have the first year warranty ) and they will replace them. Or if you have the Best Buy warranty they also will replace them
