Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought two of these 6 months ago. Just replaced one of them through TB warranty last week. Same exact thing just happened to the 2nd one! I'll be contacting TB to get it replaced. I sure hope they fix this problem with the replacements, otherwise these will be dead in 6 months and the warranty will have expired. I would not buy these again, or recommend them to anyone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems like a very common problem. I've had mine for around 2 1/2 years and they have done it periodically the entire time. Turtle beach was not interested in helping or frankly hearing about it at all. It's a very functional headset with the ability to connect to your console and your phone at once with no crosstalk, but If I had it to do over, I'd probably choose a different set.
