No, this product cannot be used.

Unfortunately no. The are hookups that are for the ps4 so it can only work on the ps4. If you want a gaming headset that works on both the ps4 and your laptop then I would recommend getting "Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum Gaming Headset". They are super comfortable and work well and around the same price as the Turtle Beach headset you asked about.

I haven't tried it but I image it would work if you have an available USB port. The headset communicates with your device in question with a USB receiver that comes with the headset. Because it is wireless you also have to be able to charge the headset using a different USB port. You could charge the headset, remove the cable, insert the receiver and then turn on the headset. Since I believe it uses Bluetooth you might also be able to do it directly with the laptop that way. It does show how to use it with a smartphone (you need to download an app) so it should be similar.
