this is the problem i am having right now i think so if the only solution that i have found around it is having auxiliary cord plugged into the headset

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Insnt it dead? I also tried to update but it kept disconecting from the pc. after some tries, it died. I Bought it in feb 14th 2019 in Best Buy South Miami Beach. After a few months of usage, it simply died. If you Google it, you will see a some customers with the same problem. I opened a RMA with turtle beach and returned the unit in feb 2020 (just 10 days before the 12 months warranty expiration deadline) because i live in Brazil and there was no one travelling to USA. On feb 13th 2020, when i was still in california, i received a new unit. After returning to Brazil, the same problem occured! Unbelievable. I found the emails with turtle beach and notify they about the problem. They told me they could not replace it Again as it comes without a new warranty. Not a single day. Now i have a 149 dollars dead garbage headset just to remind me to NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM TURTLE BEACH ANYMORE. Do not buy it! Google it before! Ps: the sound is amazing but make no mistake: soon or later THIS UNIT WILL DIE!!!!
