• It's built into the headphones themselves. The app you can connect your phone to via bluetooth will let you change those settings and such.

• No, it does not come with the adapter because it does not need it. This headset is truly wireless, no chat cable from the headset to the controller and of course no cable to the console. It pairs to your Xbox One like a controller. The only thing included in the case is a USB charge cable.
