• Well first off you may want to check another page, this is the 700 but I believe you are supposed to update it on a pc first.

• Yes. I feel like this model’s battery life is a little unpredictable. Especially if you have other devices connected with Bluetooth.

• Always charge before first use, the battery starts low, and charge using given wall charger

• They should be charged already. But it would not hurt.
