Yes you can! The headphones come with a very long auxiliary cord and will allow you to charge it while you use the product. All you have to do is plug it into Xbox and then into the headset and your in business.

No. The device will turn off as soon as you plug it in. Be aware also, that you will run into an issue where you can charge this headset to 100% and it will not turn on unless you plug in an aux. cord. This is a factory defect. Updated firmware may bypass this, but ultimately, you will need to have your device replaced by Turtle Beach. They may not even do that if it is outside the warranty. I am questioning my faith in this brand now.

If the battery dies during game play, you can plug in a USB charger to keep going. The battery lasts a long time though on a full charge, I have gone well over the 10 hours they advertise. If you don’t need it, I would turn off the Bluetooth to conserve power. I also turn off my mic by flipping it up when I’m not using it to save on power. I get more like 14-15 hours of gameplay when I do this, basically only having the audio and noice cancelling on most on the time. Even with Bluetooth on to monitor my cell phone (I can’t hear it ring when the noise cancelling of the headset is on) and using the mic, I still get over 10 hours of gameplay. It is great when a call comes in, because I can answer the call seamlessly while still playing and the audio just switches over to the call.

Yes you can connect to the usb to use it when the battery dies.
