Had my headset for 2 years and the battery wouldn't take a charge anymore. Support wouldn't fix it since it is out of warranty and they don't switch out the battery. I tried to replace the battery but couldn't find the same battery, but found a similar one. Tried that but the connection was different. So unless you can find the exact same battery, it will be an expensive paper weight. I did love the headset when it worked, but am not buying them again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes just took mine apart, it is replaceable. It has double sided tape and it just plugs in. Just have to find the right replacement battery
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure that is or isn’t but from what I can tell it is not designed to be changed by the consumer. I have had mine over a year and no issues with Battery. The only issue I have is when I go on marathon gaming spurts on PUBG but they send a really long cable that you can plug into Xbox and headset and continue to play and use the headset while it charges. Make sure you update the headset with your PC before use though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These have internal batteries, you just charge them with the cable it comes with
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery is rechargeable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It features a rechargeable battery so when the battery life dies, you just need to plug it up and recharge it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
