“We currently have the original wireless controllers our Xbox system came with. My son received this headset as a gift but needs an adapter for the controller in order to use the headset. Which “newer” controller is this compatible with? Thanks”

• The newer controller is pretty much any separate controllers in store now with a headphone jack in the bottom near the square jack. The year one models didn't have this 3.5 mm jack. They needed a separate attachment
