No it does not I think they should make that known when purchasing the television.

It doesn't. At least not the free mounting that is offered with the purchase of the larger TVs. I believe they have an option for you to purchase the mount. It is much cheaper to buy the tv mount elsewhere. They will use any mount you provide as long as it is compatible with your tv.
