Can this stand be placed in a corner? null

You could but it wouldl be a tremendous waste of space Let me give you an example., Place a yardstick or anything strange about 5 to 6 foot long into the corner of a room with the ends touching wall to your left and the wall to your right. Everything you see behind the straight edge all the way to the corner point would be mostly useless space unless you have a big triangular something. I hope this helps. Bob

Can be place in a corner. But since it is rectangular you will have some spave between corner and tv stand.

You could I guess but the bottom shelf is 4ft. Which means you'll have about a 2ft gap behind it. If your tvs width is more than 4ft the gap would be greater.
