“I’ve owned this tree for a year the twinkle tree. What I’m wondering is how to use the app when it’s off ? It’s very hard to used the tree when you have to leave the phone on all the time. . Will the Musical thumb drive help this Problem?”

You can try to plug it into an 120v outlet and see what might happen. Just a suggestion at your own risk. Please be careful and stay safe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes the music dongle will help work on its own when the device is off like phone or table i own one but wish it had the small audio jack then the mic on the music dongle and can use as a remote to switch app with the music dongle hope this helps

If your firmware is out of date, it will have an exclamation point next to it. Sometimes it's necessary to delete the controller and rediscover it to kick it in the butt. Make sure you put the right number of lights in the configuration
