I don't know how this would work because it says it has a power cord and the controller device is large. I don't think this can be something you'd hang on your front door I would also like to put one on my front door. Although I don't own the wreath, I do own about 10 sets of Twinkly string lights. Each of them requires constant power to stay lit. There is no battery option. At best, you could use this in a front window display. If you have an existing wreath, you could buy a set of 100 Twinkly string lights for less money and make your own wreath, but you still couldn't place it on your front door unless you plan on never opening/closing that door because of the power needs.
