QuestionMy Tzumi fast charger light shows solid green when it is charging my iPhone XR but some times the green light flashes. It continues to flash even when the phone is removed. I have to unplug it to get it to stop. What does a flashing green light mean?

- Answer Since Ive owned mine, the only time that it flashes green is when I don't have the phone situated in the center of the pad. All I do is lift the phone off the pad and re-position it.

QuestionDoes this have a green light (as shown in picture) when it's on? The red light comes on when plugged in stays on for a few seconds then goes off, with no other light indicating charging. It didn't show on my XR that it was charging, have a silcone case

- Answer This does need to be plugged in. The adapter and cable are what supplies the full power to the unit.

- Answer Should charge any wireless charge capable phone. Charge times will probably vary. Works great with the 9+ and 8+ I tried on it.
