“Does this have a green light (as shown in picture) when it's on? The red light comes on when plugged in stays on for a few seconds then goes off, with no other light indicating charging. It didn't show on my XR that it was charging, have a silcone case”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The green light means that it is charging. The red light will appear if the mobile device is not properly sitting on the charger. Also if your phone is on vibration mode you will hear your phone vibrate indicating it is charging, if it is off of vibration mode you will hear your sound notification letting you know it is charging. It will charge with or without the silicone case. I charge with and without the case.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi mstrouble, it should show a solid green light while charging. I also saw it charging when a solid red light was showing. I do not know what the difference is (cannot find anything as it relates to the different types of lights in the manual provided). But, if it is blinking red, it is not charging (also no light seems to indicate no charge as well). Hope that this helps.
