If you mean blinking then that is normal. This is to show you the amount left to charge (It goes in quarters). If they are all blinking then yes, check warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One of the four parts of the light blinks while it is charging. All four parts light up as solid green when the battery is fully charged. Each part represents 25% charge. If one part is lit solid green, one part is blinking, and two parts are not lit, it means your current charge is somewhere between 25% and 50%. I'm not sure of the warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is operating correctly. It blinks to let you know it's still charging (so you don't unplug it before it is fully charged). It also shows you the status of the charge by how many of the circle segments are lit. I know it is bright, but If you don't like the blinking, you can just turn it over. That's what I did.
