“Just purchased this device. Had 25% charge upon opening. tested on 2 units, charged fine. however, this device does not seem to be taking a charge. was at 7% and after 3 hrs using 2 different fast chg cables has not increased. any thoughts”

I would say to try to charge it inside a car. I have found that a car port charger is the fastest charging.. so to break down what I mean.. put in a car charger with a USB port.. then use one of the usb charging to cables— USB to lighting or usb to type C. That would be my first option.. my second option is this. I when I bought this product purchased an insigna type c corded charged so I would plug that directly into the wall and then the type c input (yes it is an additional purchase but if you get it at Best Buy with your Pocket juice and 1 other thing you get a bundle deal and everything is 25% off and it pays for itself) and then you have it by a computer and double charge it.. so yes have it plugged in type c but also have the usb lightning cord in the computer plugged in also!!! If both of these methods don’t work.. and remember try at least 15 hours on the 2nd method then the product is faulty and I would just return it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not all chargers that can output a QuickCharge system can accept one in. Most actually can't. A good indicator for the future is to look at the input Volts and Amps that the unit can take not just the output. If an external battery unit says on the package 5v/2A input it wont take a QuickCharge. I actually have the battery model before this one and was looking over the specs while searching for an online copy of the user manual. It is a very nice charging option to have as an accessory but not for short term use. It does take anywhere from 6 to 11 hours to fully charge from my experience.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is most likely defective. Return for replacement. Some of the cells are most likely bad or loose connection between charging cable and actual unit.
