“I just received this and the instructions say it comes pre-charged. I pressed the on/off button but nothing happened. So I put in on the charger. Still no led display, and nothing happening when I try to turn it on. Anyone have any insight?”

Mine came 3/4 charged. Make sure to charge using the mini-usb port on the side and not the two usb ports on top. Hope that helps.

Please try again later.It could be that the unit is NOT charged up after all, if that is the case then you will have to charge the unit up and this could take several hours (even 8-10), and when you first connect it to a charger NO lights may show for awhile, then as each section is fully charged the light should be steady while the others are charging the light should be blinking, once ALL lights remain on steady the unit is fully charged.
