A:AnswerThe Tzumi was a gift to someone else. I believe the cord in the box allows you to charge the Tzumi over night in the same USB outlet like your phone. Then you can take the cord that you charge your phone with over night and use it to connect the Tzumi to your phone the next day when you need to recharge your phone. You could also buy a separate 4 foot cord to connect Tzumi to your phone when you need to use Tzumi to recharge it. The kids said it worked great. They thought it charged their phone quickly. One boy said the Tzumi recharged the phone completely in 30-45 minutes. There was still enough power in the Tzumi to also charge someone else's phone. They all have iphones.
