• Yes if you use an adapter that is good for 110-240 volts like a charger for iPhone. It says it on the iPhone charger plug, but you prob also need an adapter for the wall socket depending on where you are going.

• That's a good question, but I don't think so.. I didn't see anything on this product that mentions 220v... I can tell you that it works for my use and holds a charge for a long time..
