How do I know when it's on? null

Double press on the power button, the blue led lights will come on, which also indicates how full the charge is. 4 led on means full charge, and 1 led on means low charge.

I tried double pressing power button and it worked for turning off the charger.

The blue lights will turn on when you press the power button.

After pushing ON button, if it is fully charged, there should be four blue lights to let you know it's on.
