QuestionI've only had my charger a couple of months (a gift from my job) and charging my phone(s) it drops. Now it only charges to the second bar and continues to blink. It will not charge beyond the second bar. Any suggestion. I actually love it - Quick Charge

- Answer I hope you or your employer bought the insurance. I had the exact same problem with mine after only 2-3 weeks and I hadn't dropped mine. You could take it in to be repaired, but it would probably cost you more than to replace it. You might have to bite the bullet and buy another one, But if you didn't have insurance with this one, buy the insurance if you are going to buy yourself another PocketJuice.

QuestionI saw where a person was trying to charge their phone and would turn the charger on indicator lights flash on for a few secs n nothing..Answer was return it...mine does the same with my Galaxy j3 but chargers my gfs LG thing..LOVE SAMSUNG...any clue why??

QuestionWhen I plug my charger into the wall to recharge, the flashing blue lights (which indicate it is charging) stay on for a few minutes then stop flashing all together. If I replug it into the wall it will resume but its unrealistic to keep replugging it in.

- Answer if they stop flashing the unit is fully charged. To verify press the button next to the leds & they should all light up...they will shut off automatically.

- Answer I followed by instructions that came with the charger. It comes with a Micro USB cable. When the indicator light bar is down to one bar, that's when I charge it. I plug the Micro end of cable to the Micro port and plug the other end to the AC Adaptor/wall charger with a USB port. or plug it into a USB port on a computer.

QuestionI just got my Pocket Juice 12,000 mAh portable charger yesterday and it seems it's taking too long to charge. I began to charge at around 4:ooPm until around Midnight and it only get up to 98% so what is normal charging time for a brand new like that?

- Answer According to the instructions that came with mine, it says 3-6 hours to fully charge.

- Answer My cell phone has not gotten down to 0%. But from 6-10%, it charged it fine although it took longer to get to 100%. I'm don't remember how much longer it took, but I think it was less than 2 hours.

- Answer I know it’s yeaaaars later but as someone who just kinda figured this out and wanted to help anyone else who goes searching for an answer, I just swapped out my Apple brand charge cord with a non-brand cord and it is working perfect again. Perhaps this is a bug or a feature but mystery solved
