• I just looked at the box and my receipt and all I saw was Cellphones have to be returned within 14 day, most everything else it's 15 days.I didn't see anything about a warrantee.. Do you still have the instructions that came with the devise? It's a black paper folded quite small, and what ever they printed is in red or white is so small on I can't read any of it. Good luck!

• The manual says, "3 year limited", in which it also disclaims liability for any product damaged by a faulty pocket juice...not a lawyer, but if the damage is serious enough state laws might allow redress.
