“I just got my Pocket Juice 12,000 mAh portable charger yesterday and it seems it's taking too long to charge. I began to charge at around 4:ooPm until around Midnight and it only get up to 98% so what is normal charging time for a brand new like that?”

According to the instructions that came with mine, it says 3-6 hours to fully charge.

To charge this battery pack it takes a long time, I generally leave it over night. But it is fully charged it does a great job in charging my phone. My Samsung s7 can charge like 3.5 times or so.

I have had similar reults. It depends on what you are plugged into. When plugged into an AC powered USB hub on my computer it took 24 hours to fully charge. I have an AC powered desktop charging station and when I plugged into the 2.4 amp USB port it charged in about 12 hours.

With the authentic charger. It took over night for mine because my phone was almost dead, and it charges the phone to at least 80% before it even starts to charge the pack.

That does seem extreme. Even though it's partially charged when you buy it, I think mine took longer to charge the first time. I think mine charges in about 3 - 4 hrs.
