I know it’s yeaaaars later but as someone who just kinda figured this out and wanted to help anyone else who goes searching for an answer, I just swapped out my Apple brand charge cord with a non-brand cord and it is working perfect again. Perhaps this is a bug or a feature but mystery solved
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t have an answer but the answer of return it and another cord are both bad. Mine does the same and the same cord charges a different phone and I’ve had this one for three years and it worked well the whole time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried using a new cord? I had the same problem and tried using a differant charger cord than the one that came with the charger and now it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it. Their is nothing you can do to the device to fix it. Unless you know about microchips & electronic wiring etc.
