I hope you or your employer bought the insurance. I had the exact same problem with mine after only 2-3 weeks and I hadn't dropped mine. You could take it in to be repaired, but it would probably cost you more than to replace it. You might have to bite the bullet and buy another one, But if you didn't have insurance with this one, buy the insurance if you are going to buy yourself another PocketJuice.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you can’t charge it back up to 4 bars, I’d return it. If you can’t return it but it still can charge and will still provide 6 or 7 full charges, I wouldn’t worry about it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s a great charger it sounds like you need a new one. They are very affordable at Best Buy. I would properly recycle the defective one. I strongly suggest buying a new one because they are such a good product and not dropping it in the future.
