• No you can't use it as a wall charger at home. The instructions say not to charge a device and have the pocket juice plugged into the wall at the same time.

• The instruction manual suggests that you should not use the batter pack while it's being charged. So let it charge the use.

• I would not use this as a wall charger. That would be putting too much strain on the device. But this and a wall charger. I'm sure Best Buy has a bundle deal in your cart.
