“Can I use it as wall charger at home? If USB works when battery is charging and it doesn't bother battery(bypass) when it's fully charged, it should be great for me.”

No you can't use it as a wall charger at home. The instructions say not to charge a device and have the pocket juice plugged into the wall at the same time.
