“My charger stopped working. The indicator on the charger shows four lights, but when I plug the usb cable from the charger into my phone, it does not charge my phone and the four lights stay on. Is there anything I can do to remedy this situation?”

• Have you tried a different cable? Other than that I'd go back to where you purchased it.

• Maybe your cable from the charger to the phone is bad.

• Four lights is indication of full charge.
