Yes. I have the same issue. It worked fine for the first month. Then 2 lights will come on, the 3rd blinks, but never stops blinking. The 4th light doesn't come on at all after is has been charging all night. When I unplug it from the outlet, only 2 lights stay lit. The receipt said I could return up to 15 days at Best Buy. Is there anything I can do with this product after the 15 days?
