My pocket juice turns off automatically if it's not being used and it turns on when it is being used. The reason why there's only 2 of the 4 lights lighting up is because it's showing you how much battery it has, so it's halfway charged. I hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed the same thing. If I tap that on/off button, the system wakes up with the blue indicating lights showing. I just have to wait for it to term out on its own. You may have to charge your “pocket juice” from a different power source than what you normally use. I had to leave mine to charge undisturbed overnight.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I turn it off by holding the button for about 2-3 seconds and then pressing it a second time. Not sure why only 2 lights work though.
