• The lights as you charge keeps running but if it stop with 4 lights on it means completely charged.

• The power bank has 4 small blue indicator lights that are illuminated with the charger's current capacity while it is charging. As the bank's charge is expended, the number of lights illuminated will gradually reduce down to 1, then none when fully discharged.
