• You are correct - this case is NOT for the 2021 model, it's for the older one, and Best Buy has it mislabeled and needs to correct it. IT DOES NOT FIT THE 2021 MOTO G POWER.

• You have to make sure it's for the Motorola G Power 2021 otherwise it won't fit. A 2020 won't fit. Hope I answered your question.
