“I need to have my work phone plugged into an ethernet port upstairs, but router has to be downstairs. Is there an AmpliFi device that is compatible in making this possible? My current ETGEAR - AC750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Range Extender isn't cutting it.”

• You could add a second Amplifi HD router in bridge mode and plug into that. They sell them for about $130.

• Your best solution would be to pull a cable from the router to the phone. If you're not comfortable doing it just about any electrician familiar with Ethernet cabling can do the job for you. Wireless networking to a phone may cause call quality and latency issues depending on the equipment used and how heavily loaded your Wi-Fi network is.
