Can I use this AMPLIFI as a “hub” for my smart devices? null

This router works with all the smart devices I have tried. I have a smart outlet that I can control from my phone, and it turns on the appliance when I want it on, even if I am not at home. We have other smart items like an outdoor motion sensor and temperature sensor on the 2.4 ghz band, and that has worked flawlessly.

No, this is a router. If your smart device can connect to a wifi signal, then it doesn't need a hub. If your smart devices need a hub to work, you have to connect the hub to the router by either network or wifi; then your devices can connect to that.
