Q: QuestionHow do you hook up the charger? I feel like a dummy asking this question but I see no information on charging the blast. And I do not see where to hook it up.
Asked by Boots.
- A:Answer It's not hard to charge and you never have to feel like a dummy asking a question about an electronic product - they are sadly, usually all different. Here's the answer: At the bottom of the speaker there is a swivel hook. Unscrew the hook and remove the rubber ring that is connected by the charging device and another hook. You will see the mini USB plug and can plug it in and charge it. There is a small white light that will blink until it is fully charged and then it will go solid white. Unhook the charger, replace the rubber ring securely (it is probably what makes the device waterproof) and screw the swivel hook back in! You are ready to go!! Shouldn't be that hard for you to do. Good luck!

Q: QuestionI have been trying to have the Blast work along with my three Alexa devices to play music. It seems I can have the speaker working or the Amazon Dots & Show. I have called Amazon & they said it was one or the other. Hoping there is a way it will work
Asked by Boots.
- A:Answer If it's in the same room, yes, its one or the other. The Blast is supposed to take the place of your Alexa device in the room you choose. However, I have 2 other Alexa devices (1 Echo Plus and 1 dot) in the house but they are in different rooms and the system works well together.

Q: QuestionI work in a warehouse will this be loud enough to hear over a assembly line
Asked by Steviewonder.
- A:Answer Well, that technically depends on what's going on in your warehouse (size, equipment, vehicles, etc), however, I give this speaker a solid "strong" in the loudness category. Surprisingly so. I would say yes if your assembly line warehouse has "normal" warehouse activities.
