“What does the EXC stand for? Is this a newer version or enhanced version of the Boom 2.”

• EXC actually stands for Exclusive. It has all the same specifications as the Boom 2 (15 hours of battery life and can be in 3ft of water for 30 minutes) but it comes in exclusive colors and is only available while supplies last at Best Buy.
