“I am able to connect to the speaker and play music but I am not able to use Alexa at all. Alexa doesn’t respond. Everything is up to date. Wondering if there is something I can do?”

Hello Jelly! To be able to use Alexa with your MEGABLAST Smart Portable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Speaker, make sure you've down the following: -Download and install the Ultimate Ears Blast App -Power on your MEGABLAST speaker -Once the App is installed, perform any Firmware updates that may be required -Then, from the main screen of the app, click the gear icon at the top right, and ensure you have linked a Wi-Fi connection and signed in to Amazon Alexa Once all the above steps are done, you should be able to use Alexa no problem.
